Our pasta lines

The Aldo Pasta range includes 21 formats, distributed in different lines designed for
different interpretations in the kitchen.
From the most classic formats to the most characteristic variants, each line maintains the same workmanship
of the puff pastry and the quality of our egg pasta, offering different taste experiences.
Each line is identified by a distinctive color, which allows you to easily recognize the different ones
formats within the range.
All products are available in 250g packs, designed for specialized retailers:
made of natural straw paper, with a front window that allows you to see the
puff pastry and pasta shape.
The laminated logo introduces a highlight to the packaging.

Tagliatelle, Pappardelle, Linguine, Maltagliata, Lasagna Sheets.
Available in various widths, designed to enhance rich sauces, ragùs, and traditional dishes.

Chitarrine, Tonnarelli, Filini, Maccheroncini.
Thin and precise shapes, with a rectangular or square cross-section, which retain the seasoning without covering its flavour.

Cuttlefish ink chitarrine, lemon tagliatelle.
Two formats in which the dough accommodates ingredients designed for fish cooking or accompanied by vegetables, but also suitable for more creative preparations.

Neno, Farrine, Saracens.
Formats made with whole grains and selected cereals: ancient Marche “Nazareno” wheat semolina, spelt flour and buckwheat.

Shapes in which the dough welcomes garden ingredients and enhances their colors and aromas.
