Farrini

Farrini is identical to Farrine in flavour, but has a different shape. Thinner than just 2mm, it wraps around the fork like a cosy close-fitting jumper. Made from fine spelt flour, it is a veritable feast for the eyes and the palate. Much like Farrine pasta, Farrini also does not require especially intricate preparation. When served with just extra virgin olive oil, it can satisfying the most demanding of appetites.
